CARDIFF City sold almost 18,000 FA Cup tickets on Sunday.
The first Bluebirds fan arrived at midnight, the offices opened at 9am and the staff - 23 of them in the offices - sold at a rate of 31 tickets per minute!
"It was a big experience to get to Ninian Park at 8am and find the Grange End full," said ticket office manager Julian Jenkins.
"The fans were fantastic and the atmosphere remarkable for a Sunday morning.
"I'd like to thank everybody for their patience. Everything possible was done to serve supporters as quickly as possible."
Ambassadors and season ticket holders have the chance to buy their FA Cup semi-final tickets between now and Thursday.
Only then will other categories be able to buy their tickets.
The queues today were much smaller than yesterday, but the ticket office was still busy.
And if you only want Southampton tickets then buy online or pop down to Ninian Park, go to the front of the queue and explain.
That's for Southampton tickets only - and that suggestion is from Julian Jenkins.

As an ambassador this is unacceptable and loads of people even well mannered were complaining-it was a total shambles. The allocation should have gone to ambassadors 1st then season ticket holders then away members and THEN people who bought season tickets for next season ! Once again the administration side at CCFC has let us down. From what people were saying around me Julian Jenkins was nowhere to be seen to answer complaints. Yours, Alan Thomas
